Felt really tired today after capoeira.
Just wanted to plonk into my bed.
But after I got home, washed up & made dinner,
I ended up here again --- right in front of the computer,
With the object in the picture above.

Lacked concentration during class today.
The tiny gym at Aldwych today was packed.
Got kicked by a hyper & beefy accidentally,
And my ankle went numb for 10 minutes.
I used to love sparring when I did Judo & TKD,
Yet I've been chickening out the past few lessons.
Lack of confidence?
