First time in Manila

Just completed one of the New Year resolutions,
By going to Manila for a design coordination meeting.

Conversation with boss at Manila airport check-in -
Boss: "Lotsa pretty girls in Manila, eh?"
Jack: "Yeap..."
Boss: "Looks like you're gonna come back again then!"

Let's see if I get to work on Baguio.

ReCap: 2010 Resolutions

1. Travel to Taiwan / Bali / another new place.
✔ Not the most exciting, but the new places were Hangzhou & Jönköping. (Oh, & Glasgow!)
2. Exercise once a week by joining a weekly class starting Feb.
✗ Failed again; exercised less than 48 times this year for sure.
3. To have built projects.
✔ ITE College West Bukit Batok, NTUC Income Centre A&A works.
4. Visit Shanghai Expo. ✔ In June with LX!
5. Learn 3D Rendering in any software. ✗ Failed again as well...
6. Increase networth by 3 times. ✗ Overly ambitious. To set realistic target for 2011.
7. Enrol in a songwriting class & write a song each month.
Half-boiled. Enrolled in class but did not write a song each month.
8. Read at least one book every month.
✔ More than 12 books over the year though not one per month.
9. Don't look back... ✗
10. Complete design for renovations of my house. ✔
11. Go past one comfort zone... to be defined when I think of which... ???

ReNew: 2011 Resolutions
1. Travel to a new place (Bali, Taiwan, Japan, Korea?)
2. Exercise weekly.
3. Write 12 songs.
4. Read 12 books.
5. Complete home renovation.
6. Increase net worth by 50%.
7. Clear out the boxes of stuff at home.
8. Pick up a new language. (Perhaps this will be better than learning 3D rendering)

Let's keep it short(er) this year.
