More of Sunday,
Before I forget.

There was an exhibition in the cityhall,
Which seemed slightly out of place,
But nevertheless important.
There were pictures & information,
Showing the destruction of Hiroshima & Nagasaki,
After the USA dropped Little Boy & Fat Man,
On the respective cities.
The result was devastating.
There were people whose eyeballs popped out,
People whose bodies were dotted with shattered glass,
People who suffered years later with cancer...
The list goes on.
Nuclear weapons are indeed deadly.
Boys & girls,
No one wins in wars ---
Please do not support war!

Across the road from my place,
A group of protesters stood outside Coronet,
This club at which some big DJ was playing reggae.
Their sign boards read something about racial & gay rights.
According to this photographer there,
The DJ was playing some music,
With lyrics that are homophobic and racist.
And I thought reggae stuff were suppose to be,
More hedonistic and less restrictive.
Looks like I was wrong!
